The explosion at Harvey Dent’s location occurs as well. Gasoline had previously been spilled on Harvey’s face, and from the explosion, half of his face gets caught on fire, getting disfigured. And that births the new name Two-Face. This starts the moral decay of Harvey, who was Gotham’s White Knight. Now he is going to fall into moral decay.
The Joker got multiple people from this, all out of deceitfulness. Rachel died. Harvey dies psychologically. Batman survives, but he carries the guilt of Rachel and mourns the loss of her. Gotham loses its White Knight, Harvey Dent.
It’s astonishingly calculated and accurate — this use of conning, lying, and deceitfulness — and the diagnostic criteria. Two criteria have already been met.
